Vučić from Moscow: "I had a number of important meetings; A face-to-face meeting with Putin awaits me"

"We just finished the festive dinner and I had the opportunity to talk with Dimitry Peskov and with President Putin who told me: 'You have arrived,'" said Vučić. "I also spoke with President Xi, it was a fraternal meeting with the president of Egypt, a very important country," he added.

"I had a lot of meetings, with officials I don't have the opportunity to meet often," said Vučić and announced that he had received good news a little while ago, that Robert Fico had also arrived in Moscow.

"I also spoke with many Asian leaders, I believe that tomorrow everyone is eagerly awaiting the Victory Parade," he added. Then he said that he had spoken with Dodik, as well as the President of Cuba.

"Tomorrow morning we have a parade and important meetings with Xi Jinping, which is very important that during their bilateral visit to Moscow, they take time for us as well," explained Vučić.

"Let me tell those who didn't know how to appreciate what China is doing for us. They never called to say that they were going to leave Serbia. If it was some other country, it would have left us a long time ago, all thanks to the friendship we have with Xi. They still keep 5,000 employees in Smederevo, with relatively high salaries. I am simply ashamed to ask for something more from Xi, but I will ask him for additional support for our country," he explained.

"When we finish the meeting with Xi, I will have a tete-a-tete conversation and a discussion of the delegations with Putin. Very important talks for us, we will prepare for that meeting. Tonight we have numerous delegations that we need to receive, that we should consult with each other, come to an agreement and be ready for extremely important talks for us. A sleepless night is ahead of us," said Vučić.

He then referred to the attacks coming from Warsaw these days.

"I saw how much they attacked me in Warsaw, the Belgian brothers continued, of course the biggest power in Europe today, Croatia, some would say unexpected. When Croats attack me, when you see them hysterically attacking me, I am always satisfied. I remember the words of Bishop Sergej, he said 'when they crucify Vučić on a cross in such a way, then I know that he must have done something good for our people,'" he said.

He then commented on the important meeting he had today with Tokayev.

"I thank them in Warsaw, I will have the opportunity to answer them all soon. My meeting with Yomart Tokayev, I don't know if you know what the opening of the Astana - Belgrade line means," said Vučić and added: "A large number of businessmen will come to us, they have invested hundreds of millions of euros in hotels here, and they will invest so much in Belgrade, they can't wait. We also talked about the joint production of the defense industry. This is extremely important. I am very happy about the good relationship we have with such a large country."

He then said that he always had confidence in Ursula Von der Leyen and thanked Giorgia Meloni and the Italian minister, who was extremely fair, adding that we will not forget that.

He then reflected on the attacks he received these days.

"No matter what I did, they will always say something negative. They insult human intelligence by what they do. They think that their followers are members of a sect. They think that it is not important what someone else published and what actually happened, but only what they said. It does not matter what we did, I oppose their tycoon interests, that's why I am a target. When I go to Moscow, I will be responsible for the interruption of European integration process. Our people are smart and wise enough to understand that. I am proud of our people," said Vučić.

"My decision to come here was completely rational and it was not from yesterday. I gave my word and that word means something and here in Moscow they know it. You can see with what care they speak about a small Serbia even though they have Xi Jinping here," he said and added: "They paid considerable attention to our country, and I will not speak until tomorrow evening. They see that Serbia is behaving seriously and responsibly. Now that we have defeated the color revolution, there is nothing that can change that, there's nothing they can do now. It's over."

"The people came to their senses, rebelled against foreign interference, and in the end, at the moment when they laugh and court Picula and the chauvinists who hate Serbia and love only those Serbs who stand up to them, those who will clearly and unequivocally admit that the Serbs are the aggressors, that's what those who built Jasenovac tell you... Those who don't allow you to use the Cyrillic alphabet, who expelled so many Serbs in the operation Storm. Do you think it's easy that every day you suffer so many attacks from their media and politicians? An ordinary person wouldn't put up with it, but I did," explained Vučić.
